Golden Tea Punch Recipe
- 16 family-size tea bags
- 1 1/2 quarts. (6 c.) boiling water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 cans (16 ounce.) frzn lemonade, undiluted
- 1 can (16 ounce.) frzn orange juice, undiluted
- 2 cans (46 ounce.) pineapple juice
- 2 bottles (33 ounce.) ginger ale, chilled
- Brew tea for about 5 min, using tea bags and boiling water.
- Remove tea bags and set aside.
- To make sugar syrup, combine sugar and 1 c. water in small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large pot or possibly bowl, combine tea, sugar syrup, lemonade, orange juice and pineapple juice.
- Refrigeratewell.
- Just before serving, add in ginger ale and mix.
- Serve over ice.
- Serves 40.
