Sweet Onions

  1. Onions should be blanched in hot water for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from water and remove onion skins.
  3. No further cooking is necessary.
  4. Melt butter.
  5. Add salt and sugar.
  6. Stir in the water.
  7. When blended, add the onions and coat well.
