Coffee Yogurt

  1. Warm milk to 115 degrees.
  2. Stir in powdered milk, nutrasweet or other sugar substitute, instant coffee and vanilla.
  3. Mix a small amount of milk with the yogurt culture.
  4. Stir into the rest of the milk and incubate for six to eight hours.
  5. Refrigerate when thick.
