Easy Tabbouleh Salad

  1. Combine rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
  2. Add parsley and mint; mix well.
  3. Stir in dressing; cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
