Easy Tabbouleh Salad
- 2 cups instant white rice, cooked, cooled
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 of a medium English cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/3 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
- Combine rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
- Add parsley and mint; mix well.
- Stir in dressing; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
