Tomato and Citrus Sorbet

  1. Chill all the ingredients in advance if possible.
  2. Mix together the juices, basil and worcestershire sauce, pour into an ice-cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Serve in glasses garnished with sprigs of basil.
  4. If using, pour 2 tsp lemon vodka over each serving.
