Cucumber Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve 2-Tbsp.
  4. portions of sauce as a topping over each 4- to 6-oz.
  5. serving of grilled or broiled lamb chops, pork chops, steaks or chicken breasts.
