Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Wrap-Ups

  1. Combine the flour, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt in a large resealable bag.
  2. Add the chicken to the bag and shake to coat.
  3. Remove the chicken from the bag with a slotted spoon or pout into a sieve, you want to shake off the extra flour mixture.
  4. Fry the chicken in the oil in a large pot.
  5. Do it in batches, and drain on a rack so it stays crispy.
  6. Place the lettuce, celery, and the chicken on a tortilla.
  7. Put the hot sauce and the ranch dressing on the chicken.
  8. Roll up and enjoy!
