Turkey Pecan Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Cut turkey breast slices into thin strips; set aside.
  2. Cut off broccoli flowerets and cut stalks diagonally into thin slices.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp.
  4. extra virgin olive oil in wok or possibly Dutch oven over medium high heat.
  5. Stir fry pecans; remove from pan.
  6. Add in additional 1 tbsp.
  7. oil.
  8. Add in broccoli, garlic, onion and carrot.
  9. Cook and stir 4 to 5 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. Add in remaining 1 tbsp.
  12. oil; add in turkey.
  13. Cook and stir till no longer pink.
  14. Combine sauce ingredients.
  15. Add in pecans, vegetables and sauce mix to turkey.
  16. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min more or possibly till sauce thickens and boils.
  17. Makes 6 servings.
