Sweet-Sour Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Place in a large serving bowl.
  3. Add the onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper and parsley; set aside. In a saucepan, combine the last 5 ingredients to make the dressing. Cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with slotted spoon. Yields 16 servings.
