Spicy Corn Curry (Makai Ki Karhi) Recipe

  1. Grind all the paste ingredients together into a fine thick paste.
  2. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the paste for about 2 min.
  3. Add in the cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamoms and fry for another 2 min.
  4. Then add in the lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Add in the corn, lowfat milk, and salt.
  6. Mix well and cook for another 15 to 20 min.
  7. Serve.
