Muffins Made Easily with Pancake Mix and Heavy Cream
- 150 grams Pancake mix
- 100 ml Heavy cream (Non-dairy heavy cream is fine.)
- 1 Egg
- 40 grams Sugar
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Combine the egg and sugar into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- When mixed, stir in the heavy cream.
- Add the pancake mix to Step 2 and cut in the batter with a rubber spatula.
- Pour the batter into the muffin moulds 60-70% full.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C. When a skewer poked through comes out clean, they are done.
