Muffins Made Easily with Pancake Mix and Heavy Cream

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Combine the egg and sugar into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  3. When mixed, stir in the heavy cream.
  4. Add the pancake mix to Step 2 and cut in the batter with a rubber spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into the muffin moulds 60-70% full.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C. When a skewer poked through comes out clean, they are done.
