Citrus Scented Whipped Cream

• 200 ml whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
• 3 tablespoons chopped lemon balm (optional)

1. Whip cream until stiff.
2. Stir in lime juice, sugar and lemon balm.
