Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole

• 1 lb ground hamburger
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 4 oz softened cream cheese
• 1 can cheddar cheese soup
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 can corn (drained)
• 1 Ranch seasoning packet
• 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
• 1/2 packages Frozen tater tots

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Brown Hamburger and minced garlic in large saucepan.
3. Drain.
4. Add the cream cheese and mix well until melted.
5. Then add the cheese soup and mix well.
6. Add the corn, rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and Ranch packet.
7. Mix well.
8. Pour mixture into a baking pan and top with frozen tater tots.
9. Then sprinkle with the Mexican style cheese.
10. Cover with aluminum foil.
11. Bake covered for 25min then remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5min
