Popcorn chicken, Peaches, Pecan, Spinach Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place the popcorn chicken pieces on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until the chicken is heated through and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, place the spinach in a large serving bowl.
  5. Scatter the peach slices on top of the spinach.
  6. Add the onion.
  7. Scatter the pecans on top.
  8. Add the chicken pieces when they are ready.
  9. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  10. Toss gently and serve.
