Hong Kong Style Chile Oil

  1. Heat peanut oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add sesame oil and warm for a minute.
  3. Stir in chopped peppers and ground cayenne.
  4. Stir well and let stand for 1 hour.
  5. Strain and pour into a jar.
  6. Store in the refrigerator.
