15-Minute Zesty Smoked Trout Spread

  1. Remove skin and bones from the trout fillets, and flake.
  2. In a medium bowl stir together all ingredients until well combined, smearing the trout with the back of your spoon along sides of bowl while stirring.
  3. Transfer spread to bowl.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
  5. Remove from fridge about 15 minutes prior to serving.
  6. NOTE: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
