Old Bay Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  4. Cut each half into 4 wedges, creating 16 wedges total.
  5. In a small glass or plastic mixing bowl, toss the wedges with the olive oil and Old Bay.
  6. Place them on the baking sheet in a single layer, not touching.
  7. Bake them 20 minutes, and then flip them and bake them an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are tender on the inside and golden brown on the outside.
  8. Season with salt.
  9. Serve immediately.
