Quiche
- 2 deep dish pie shells
- meat of choice (1 lb. Danish ham, cut in small pieces or 2 lb. browned sausage or 2 lb. browned hamburger or 1 lb. fried and crumbled bacon)
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Saute pepper and onion in butter.
- Put eggs, milk and seasonings in a bowl and mix.
- Add the meat, cheese, flour, baking powder, pepper and onion.
- Mix well.
- Pour mixture into pie shells.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
