Potato Pork Chop Bake

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add pork chops and cook until browned.
  3. Drain on paper towel.
  4. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. In a medium bowl mix soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions.
  6. Mix together and spread in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  7. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.
  8. Cover dish and bake for 40 minutes at 350u0b0.
  9. Remove cover, top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
