Souper Easy Chicken and Rice Soup

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter for one minute.
  2. Add water, bouillon, peas, chicken, carrots and thyme and bring to a boil.
  3. Add rice and let simmer for 30-45 minutes until rice and all veggies are tender.
  4. Remove chicken and chop into bite size pieces.
  5. Stir back into soup.
  6. Enjoy!
