Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Following package directions, cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Melt butter in pot over medium-high heat, add milk, drained macaroni, cheese and paprika.
  4. Cook, stirring until cheese is melted.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
