Kabocha Squash and Pork Roll Bento
- 3 slice Thinly sliced pork for shabu shabu
- 30 grams Kabocha squash
- 1 piece Mountain wasabi
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Cut the kabocha squash into matchsticks that are as long as the width of the pork slices.
- Wrap in plastic film and microwave for about a minute.
- Grate the mountain wasabi, and mix in a little soy sauce.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper, and wrap it around the kabocha squash and the wasabi.
- Heat oil in a pan and pan fry the rolls until browned on all sides.
