Ramona's Clam Dip
- 15 ounces clams, canned 1 large can, drained but reserve 2 teaspoons fo the juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 small onions minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic crushed, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles, optional
- 2 teaspoons horseradish optional
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves minced, optional
- Mix all ingredients together and serve with fresh vegetables.
- I used carrots, celery, green peppers and radishes.
