Pickled Eggs Recipe
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pickling spices
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 12 hard cooked Large eggs
- Add in sugar, salt and spices to vinegar.
- Dilute vinegar if too strong.
- Simmer 2 min.
- Pour over cooked Large eggs in a glass jar.
- Seal and let stand in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
- Be sure Large eggs are covered with liquid.
