Pickled Eggs Recipe

  1. Add in sugar, salt and spices to vinegar.
  2. Dilute vinegar if too strong.
  3. Simmer 2 min.
  4. Pour over cooked Large eggs in a glass jar.
  5. Seal and let stand in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
  6. Be sure Large eggs are covered with liquid.
