Onion and Weiner Sausage Mustard Marinade

  1. Thinly slice the onions, and add several sausages after lightly slicing the tops and bottoms.
  2. Boil water in a pot, add a bit of salt, add the onions and sausages and boil for 2 minutes, and strain.
  3. Boil so that the onions retain their crispness.
  4. Tip: Be sure to strain off the water completely.
  5. Add the combined ingredients, transfer to plates, and decorate with parsley.
