Onion and Weiner Sausage Mustard Marinade
- 1 small onion
- 6 Wiener sausages
- 1 one tablespoon each Vinegar, vegetable oil
- 1 one teaspoon each Soy sauce, ground mustard
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Parsley, or Italian parsley
- Thinly slice the onions, and add several sausages after lightly slicing the tops and bottoms.
- Boil water in a pot, add a bit of salt, add the onions and sausages and boil for 2 minutes, and strain.
- Boil so that the onions retain their crispness.
- Tip: Be sure to strain off the water completely.
- Add the combined ingredients, transfer to plates, and decorate with parsley.
