Toasted Rice Flour
- Heat rice in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat.
- Shake or stir the pan constantly to ensure even toasting.
- When the rice has turned golden brown, transfer to a spice grinder.
- Be careful, as rice will be extremely hot.
- Process toasted rice to a fine powder.
