Auntie Em's Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Prick bottom of pie shell all over with fork.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine chicken, vegetables, onion rings, soup, and salt.
  4. Fill bottom pie shell with mixture.
  5. Place second pie shell on top.
  6. Prick with fork in 6 places.
  7. Set on a foil-covered oven rack to catch spills.
  8. Bake uncovered at 375* for 40 minutes.
