Family Fave Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Peel and chop potatoes, put in medium-small pot, fill water to cover potatoes, bring to boil and cook on medium-high for an hour or until potatoes are soft
  2. Turn heat off, drain water from the potatoes, add all ingredients except the parsley and hand blend until desired consistency (we like it smooth with small chunks)
  3. Note: you can substitue the butter/garlic/parsley in this recipe for 4tbsp of pre-made garlic butter
  4. Stir in parsley, let sit for 5-10 mins and serve
