Crustless Turkey Pot Pie
- 1 small onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. soft reduced-calorie margarine
- 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed, drained
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. soft reduced-calorie margarine
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook and stir onions and red peppers in 1 Tbsp.
- margarine.
- Add to combined turkey, peas and carrots, sour cream, dressing, tarragon and black pepper; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Melt 1 tsp.
- margarine in small skillet.
- Add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle over turkey mixture.
- Bake 30 min.
