Mustard spice crusted pork

  1. Preheat oven 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Take the pork butterfly it out.
  3. Take a kitchen mallet with the spiked side beat and tenderize the pork.
  4. Smear with margarine add dehydrated onions.
  5. Salt.
  6. Sprinkle the garlic over the pork and put the spinach on top.
  7. Roll the pork up with the stuffing inside.
  8. Tie the pork with butchers twine.
  9. Add oil to roaster.
  10. Cut the onions into quarters and add around the bottom of roaster or pan.
  11. Add spinach, put the pork on top.
  12. Add olives around edge of pork surrounding it.
  13. Add olive juices, garlic, pepper., paprika, and mustard on top of pork in the order listed in the directions here.
  14. Covering the whole top of pork.
  15. Add oregano on top.
  16. Bake in the oven 2- 2 1/2 hours.
  17. Let sit 15 minutes slice remove twine before serving.
