Grilled Tri-Colored Pepper & Mushroom Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss vegetables with 1/4 cup dressing; drain.
  3. Discard dressing.
  4. Grill vegetables 8 to 10 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing.
  6. Slice mushrooms; place in bowl.
  7. Add peppers and remaining dressing; toss to coat.
