Mexican Bean Dip
- 15 ounces, weight Can Refried Beans
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 bunch Finely Chopped Green Onions
- 3/4 cups Picante Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 1 dash Garlic Powder, To Taste
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Or Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Combine all ingredients and bake one hour at 300 degrees F. The cheese is mixed in with the other ingredients.
- Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
