Gingered Melon and Grape Salad
- 2 12 lbs honeydew melon, rind and seeds removed, cut into 1-inch chunks (5 cups)
- 2 lbs cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, cut into 1-inch chunks (5 cups)
- 12 lb red seedless grapes, halved (1 3/4 cups)
- 1 12 tablespoons freshly grated gingerroot
- 12 teaspoon freshly grated lime peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Toss everything to mix in a large serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate til ready to serve, or up to 8 hours.
