Divine Rice Casserole(Serves 12)

  1. Brown meat in a small amount of cooking oil; season meat with salt and pepper or seasoned salt.
  2. Parboil celery.
  3. Saute onions and pepper lightly in the same skillet you browned meat in.
  4. Mix all ingredients together; pour into buttered casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 375u0b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is done.
  6. Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
  7. Delicious!!!!!!
