Pork and apple caserole

  1. Add the basil to the flour and mix with the diced pork until covered.
  2. Add the olive oil to a hot pan and cook the pork until sealed and lightly browned.
  3. Move the pork into a caserole dish and add the red and yellow peppers, apples, onions and garlic.
  4. You can also add any spare flour and basil mix.
  5. Mix the veg stock cube with the 500ml of warm water, mix well and pour into the caserole dish.
  6. Add the paprika and stir among the whole dish.
  7. Place the caserole dish with lid into a pre heated 200c oven for 1 and a half hours.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Nice served with mashed potatoes or rice.
