Potatoes Supreme
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown chunk potatoes (have at room temperature, about 1/2 hour)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 4 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- Partially thaw potatoes; heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Mix sour cream, soup, margarine, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt and cheese. Stir in potatoes and place mixture in lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
- With hands, crush corn flakes; stir in 4 tablespoons melted margarine.
- Spread over potato mixture.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
- Makes 12 servings.
