Blackberry Mallow Pie Recipe
- 35 lrg Marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn Blackberries
- 1 ct (8 ounce.) frzn whipped topping, thawed
- 1 x Graham cracker crust (9")
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and lowfat milk.
- Cook on high for 1-2 min; stir till smooth.
- Stir in Blackberries.
- Mix in the whipped topping.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill or possibly freeze.
- Yield 6-8servings.
- Note:This recipe was tested using a 700 watt microwave.
