Blackberry Mallow Pie Recipe

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and lowfat milk.
  2. Cook on high for 1-2 min; stir till smooth.
  3. Stir in Blackberries.
  4. Mix in the whipped topping.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Chill or possibly freeze.
  7. Yield 6-8servings.
  8. Note:This recipe was tested using a 700 watt microwave.
