Orange and Grapefruit Salad for 2

• 1 orange, pared and sectioned
• 1 grapefruit, pared and sectioned
• crisp salad green
• 14 cup currant jelly or 14 cup cranberry jelly
• 2 tablespoons oil-and-vinegar dressing
• 2 maraschino cherries

1. Arrange orange and grapefruit sections in pinwheel design on salad greens.
2. Beat jelly and dressing until smooth, spoon over.
3. Garnish with maraschino cherry if desired.
