V8 Goulash
- oz 1 64oz bottle V8 veggie juice.(regular or spicy)
- 1 box macaroni noodles
- 1 1/2 lb hamburger meat ( I use lean)
- 2 small onions
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 salt pepper to taste (optional)
- Saute hamburger and onion till hamburger is cooked through and onions are tender.
- Add salt pepper to taste.
- While hamburger is cooking pour V8 juice into slow cooker, add cans of diced tomato.
- Turn cooker to low.
- When hamburger is done drain and pour into slow cooker.
- Stir.
- Add garlic powder, garlic salt, salt pepper to taste.
- Let cook on low 2-3 hours to let flavors combine.
- When ready boil water and cook macaroni and drain.
- Add to slow cooker stir.
- Serve :)
