Basil Pesto Sauce Over Pasta Recipe
- 12 ounce Linguine
- 1 1/4 c. Minced fresh basil paacked
- 1/3 c. Chicken stock or possibly water
- 2 Tbsp. Roasted pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan chees
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 1.
- Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or possibly till hard to the bite.
- Drain and place in serving bowl.

- In food processor, puree basil, stock , pine nuts, cheese, oil and garlic till smooth.
- Pour over pasta and toss.
- Tips: chill sauce up to 5 days aahead, or possibly freeze up to 6 weeks.
