Italian White Bean Hummus

  2. Rinse and drain beans.

  4. Place beans in the bowl of a food processor.
  5. Add the lemon juice, cumin, garlic, tahini paste, and salt to taste.
  6. Dont skip the tahini.
  7. I tried and it just wasnt right.

  9. Turn the processor on and slowly pour in olive oil.
  10. Process until smooth and thick.
  11. Cover and refrigerate.
  12. 4.
  13. To serve, place hummus on a plate.
  14. Drizzle with olive oil.
  15. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
  16. Accompany with pita chips, naan, or flat bread crisps.
