Tender Pork Roast
- 3 pounds pork roast, boneless
- 8 ounces tomato sauce can
- 3/4 cups soy sauce, tamari
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard ground
- Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees.
- Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm.
- If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
- Yield 8 servings.
