Tender Pork Roast

  1. Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees.
  4. Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm.
  5. If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
  6. Yield 8 servings.
