Fajitas

  1. Trim fat from steaks.
  2. Prick with fork in several places.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup oil, vinegar, sugar, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in ungreased baking dish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally, for 8 hours.
  5. Heat oven to 325u0b0.
  6. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat until warm; move beef from marinade. Broil beef until brown.
  7. Turn and brush with marinade and broil 7 to 8 minutes longer.
  8. Cook and stir onions and bell peppers in 2 tablespoons oil until tender.
