Cheddar Bay Biscuit

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined (about 30 seconds).
  5. Do not over stir.
  6. Place batter on baking sheet in large spoonfuls.
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
  8. (May take longer depending on size of biscuits).
  9. Place margarine in a glass measuring cup and cover; microwave until melted.
  10. Mix garlic powder into melted margarine.
  11. Brush margarine mixture over biscuits with a basting brush.
  12. Sprinkle with parsley.
  13. Serve warm with butter.
