My Family's Sukiyaki-style Meat and Tofu
- 300 grams Beef (sliced)
- 1 Grilled tofu or tofu
- 1 bag Shirataki noodles
- 2 Green onion
- 1 pack Enoki mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms
- 150 ml Dashi stock
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Cut the green onions diagonally.
- Trim the root part of the enoki mushrooms and divide them into small bunches.
- Cut the shirataki noodles into easy to eat lengths and pour hot water.
- Drain the tofu and cut into 8 pieces.
- Put some oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef.
- Add the dashi stock and the ingredients marked .
- Add all the ingredients except for the green onions and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the green onions at the end.
- Transfer to a serving dish and season with shichimi spice.
