Bea's Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Place beef brisket on heavy foil, mix above ingredients and pour over meat.
  2. Seal and bake 300 degrees for 1 hour for each lb.. Let cold 15 to 20 min, then slice and serve with sauce.
