Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
- 2 pkg. broccoli spears, frozen
- 10 chicken breasts, boneless and cooked
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- corn flakes, crushed
- Cook the broccoli and put
- in
- a single layer in bottom of a flat casserole.
- Melt
- together
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, cream cheese and garlic
- salt
- in a double boiler.
- Whip with whisk.
- Pour one half the cheese sauce over the broccoli. Break the cooked chicken into
- fairly
- large
- pieces and put a thick layer on top of
- the broccoli.
- Add the remainder of the sauce to the chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and the crushed corn
- flakes over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
