Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cook the broccoli and put
  2. in
  3. a single layer in bottom of a flat casserole.
  4. Melt
  5. together
  6. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, cream cheese and garlic
  7. salt
  8. in a double boiler.
  9. Whip with whisk.
  10. Pour one half the cheese sauce over the broccoli. Break the cooked chicken into
  11. fairly
  12. large
  13. pieces and put a thick layer on top of
  14. the broccoli.
  15. Add the remainder of the sauce to the chicken.
  16. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and the crushed corn
  17. flakes over the top.
  18. Bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
