Buttermilk Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix buttermilk and eggs.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Add honey using same spoon as oil, so honey will slide off spoon.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, wheat germ, salt, soda.
  5. Add flour mixture to milk mixture.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Cook pancakes on medium heat on griddle.
  8. Cook longer on the first side so middle will cook thoroughly; look for bubbles to appear.
  9. Flip over.
  10. Finish cooking.
  11. Eat.
  12. Enjoy.
  13. Repeat.
