Chicken and Green Bean Salad
- 1 cup KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing, divided
- - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup garlic, peeled, sliced
- 1 gal. fresh green beans, cooked
- 1-1/2 qt. cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing for trial recipe) over chicken in shallow nonreactive pan.
- Cover and refrigerator 2 hours to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (170F).
- Cut into thin strips; place in large salad bowl.
- Saute garlic in 2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining dressing (or 2 tsp.
- of the remaining dressing for trial recipe) until lightly browned.
- Add to chicken along with the beans, tomatoes, remaining dressing, salt and pepper; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until chilled.
