Cheesy Mini-Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix meat, 2/3 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of the ketchup and garlic powder.
  3. Shape into 12 balls.
  4. Place on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Flatten each ball into patty, about 1/2-inch-thick.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until cooked through; drain.
  8. Spread remaining ketchup on each patty; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake an additional 5 min.
  10. or until cheese melts.
  11. Serve over rice.
